By accessing our site or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Scope of Services & Project Policy

We specialize in the design, manufacturing, and installation of premium aluminum products for new residential and commercial projects. Our core services include:

• Custom Aluminum Kitchens: Modern, heavy-duty kitchens designed and fabricated to specific project requirements.
• Commercial Fit-outs: Stainless steel and aluminum preparation areas for restaurants and hotels.
• Architectural Aluminum: Doors, double-glazed windows, and structural facades for villas and large-scale buildings.

2. Quotes, Orders & Contracting

All requests for quotations must be submitted through our official channels (Website Forms, Official WhatsApp, or Email). Quotes are provided based on the specific engineering drawings and measurements discussed and remain valid only for the duration stated on the official quotation document. An order is only considered legally confirmed upon the signing of a written contract and the clearance of the required initial down payment.

3. Payment Terms

Payment milestones and terms are tailored to each specific project and will be strictly detailed in your official contract. For large-scale B2B projects and commercial fit-outs, we offer structured payment plans linked to project deliverables. Work commencement is strictly tied to the receipt of the agreed-upon advance payment.

4. Design & Intellectual Property

All 3D designs, engineering layouts, CAD drawings, and specifications created by Aluminium Riyadh for a proposed project remain our exclusive intellectual property until the final payment of the contract is cleared. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share these designs with third-party contractors without our explicit written consent.

5. Manufacturing, Installation & Delivery

We are highly committed to fulfilling the manufacturing and installation timelines agreed upon in the contract. Any potential delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) or supply chain disruptions will be communicated promptly. We guarantee professional, high-precision installation executed exclusively by our trained technical teams.

6. Warranty Policy

Aluminium Riyadh provides a robust warranty on both the manufacturing quality and the installation of our new products (up to 10 years on aluminum structures against rust and bending, and 1 year on hydraulic accessories). The exact duration, terms, and coverage of the warranty will be explicitly defined in your project contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aluminium Riyadh shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability in any dispute is strictly limited to the total monetary value of the services provided under your specific contract.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or our contracting services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. All amendments will be published on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
